Club Secretaries can request a name change by emailing the following details to affiliation@northumberlandfa.com

- Club Secretary name and FA Number

- Current name of club/team- New name the club would like to request

- Written confirmation from league secretary confirming change of name

Northumberland FA will provide you with written confirmation of the name change.
